Who we serve

Built for owners, investors, and families with real complexity

When the numbers span multiple entities, states, or generations, generic tax prep isn't enough. We bring the same discipline to every client: accuracy, risk caught early, and a strategy that looks years ahead — not just to April 15th.

Small business

Owner-operated S-corps, partnerships, LLCs, and a growing roster of C-corps — usually $1M–$20M in revenue, with a bookkeeper or an outsourced service already in place.

The books close late, or they close on time and still don't reconcile. You find out what you owe in March. Someone hands you a P&L you can't act on. And the return gets filed by someone who never asked what you're planning next year.

We start by reviewing the books you already have — in-house or outsourced — and handling the true-ups and corrective work most businesses need before anything else is reliable. Then we set a cadence: we watch the handful of numbers that actually drive your decisions, flag tax exposure while there's still time to change it, and keep entity structure and owner compensation under review as the business grows. Cash flow planning runs alongside it, so you can see 90 days out instead of reacting to what already happened.

You stop guessing. You know your tax liability before year-end, you know what your cash looks like 90 days out, and you have a CPA who knows the business well enough to answer without a discovery call every time.

Professional practices

Physicians, veterinarians, dentists, attorneys, engineering firms, and executive-search practices — a business to run, patients or clients to see, and a household that depends on both.

The practice is profitable, but you couldn't say which locations or service lines are carrying it. Your personal return and the practice return get prepared as if they had nothing to do with each other. And the question you can't get answered is what the practice is actually worth if you sold, merged, or brought in a partner.

We track the practice-specific metrics most firms never look at, so you can see which decisions move the numbers. We keep the practice and personal tax picture working as one plan instead of two. And when succession is on the table, we handle the business valuation rather than sending you to a stranger.

You get one advisor holding both halves of your financial life, answers between filings, and a clear-eyed number when it's time to decide what's next.

Real estate investors

Commercial landlords, individual 1040 investors, and the contractors and developers who build alongside them.

Structure decisions get made at closing, when it's too late to change them. Gains get recognized that didn't have to be. And most owners never run the study that would have accelerated years of depreciation — because nobody told them it existed.

We get entity structure right before the next acquisition, not after. We plan 1031 exchanges and cost-segregation studies ahead of the calendar so the deferral and the depreciation are both available to you. And we keep tax exposure and cash flow visible before a closing, not in the spring.

More of your gain stays working. You go into each deal knowing the tax consequence, and you stop discovering it afterward.

Estates & trusts

Trustees, executors, and beneficiaries — usually referred by an attorney, at exactly the moment the stakes feel highest.

The deadlines are unfamiliar and unforgiving. Nobody has told you what you're personally responsible for. The attorney handles the legal side, the advisor handles the investments, and the tax work sits in the gap between them.

We prepare the fiduciary, estate, and gift returns and the trust accounting, and we work directly with your attorney and financial advisor so nothing falls between the three of us. We tell you what's due and when, before it's urgent.

Every deadline met, no estate tax overpaid, the accounting done correctly — and considerably less for you to carry during a hard season.

High-net-worth individuals

Successful families, self-made and inheritors alike, whose finances have outgrown ordinary tax prep.

Concentrated stock, equity compensation, several entities, property in more than one state — each handled competently in isolation and by no one as a whole. The planning happens one April at a time, which means the multi-year moves never get made.

We build strategy across years, not filings: when to recognize, where to hold, how the entities and the investment portfolio should be arranged relative to your tax picture. We work alongside your attorney and financial advisor so every part of the plan pulls the same direction.

Your wealth stops being a collection of separate accounts and starts behaving like one plan — with someone who can see all of it.

Individuals & families

Working households and retirees who'd rather hand their taxes to a CPA they trust than lose a weekend to them.

W-2 income, a mortgage, retirement accounts, the everyday investments that come with a life well built. Simple enough that everyone assumes software will do — and complicated enough that it quietly costs you when it doesn't.

We handle the return with the same accuracy and year-round attention every other client gets. And as retirement gets closer, we plan the withdrawal and retirement strategy so the order you draw income in doesn't cost you more tax than it needs to.

A return done right, someone who picks up the phone, and a plan for the part that actually matters — what happens after the paychecks stop.
